Catholic Answers to Difficult Questions or Apologetics: An Introduction
by Peter D. Williams (Catholic Apologist/Pro-Life Campaigner & speaker forCatholic Voices/Right To Life).
This is what apologetics means: An apologist is someone who defends something. So apologetics reminds us that we never have to say we’re sorry for our Faith. But we have to learn how to defend our Faith. Over the next meetings we will look at difficult questions that you might have met with.
On Friday we will begin to help you answer these questions, so that you might be able to follow what St Peter the first pope urges us to be able to do: “Always be ready to give a defence to anyone who asks for a reason for the hope that is within you, but do it with gentleness, and reverence” (1 Peter 3:15).
Pizzas from 7.45pm. Followed by talk/discussion.
All aged 13-17 are welcome. Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org
