TEENSTAR PROGRAMME - ORATORY 2016-2017

TeenSTAR is a course for teenagers on love and responsibility, understanding their growth as a person and relating to others. The course will run fortnightly during term time over 18 sessions to reflect, grow and mature. The programme is led by male and female trained facilitators and is taught in separate groups in a highly interactive form. There will be an information evening held at the Oratory on Wednesday 12th October at 7.30pm. Please email Francesca or Dominic at teenstaroratory@gmail.com to register interest and for further information.

ST PHILIP NERI CIRCLE FOR MEN

The SPN Circle will meet again on Wednesday 5th October at 8pm. We shall continue our reading of St Augustine’s Confessions with book 8, which concludes with the great conversion scene in a Milanese garden. The following meeting would be on Thursday 27th October at 8pm. Come anytime from 7.30pm to pray in the Little Oratory (ask at the House to be directed). The Circle is open to men only. For further information contact Fr Michael Lang at the Oratory House.

CHILDREN’S AREA

During the 10am, 11am and 12:30pm Masses, St Gregory’s Library is available for parents with small children who become restless. There are books and some toys. Entrance is through the Sacred Heart Chapel at the back of the church. Children must be supervised by their parents at all times. We need more help to maintain this service, especially during the 11am and 12:30pm Masses. If you can spare a few hours on a Sunday occasionally, please tell Farah, Giulietta or David (call 07768 176 848).

SUNDAY MORNING COFFEE

We need more volunteers to maintain this much-appreciated weekly offer. If you can spare a few hours per month, please contact Fr Michael Lang on 020 7808 0900 or michaellang@rcdow.org.uk.
